We provide clay sculpting education, including in-studio, online, hybrid classes, workshops, coaching, and related resources.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Enrollment and Payments

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
• Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment receipt.
• Refunds: Full refund within 7 days if the class has not started; otherwise credit as outlined in FAQs.

5. Cancellations and Changes

We may reschedule sessions due to instructor availability or studio safety. If we cancel a class, you may choose a full refund or credit.

6. Acceptable Use

• Respect safety guidance and PPE requirements.
• Do not disrupt classes or misuse equipment.
• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe intellectual property.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and documents are proprietary to Crispglade Atelier or its licensors. You may use them solely for personal study and not for redistribution.

8. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes. Use of equipment is at your own risk; follow safety instructions at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes will be handled via binding arbitration in New York County, NY, except claims eligible for small claims court.
